    Hi!

I LOVE to work with enfold! It gives me so much possibilities in creating websites!

But, unfortunately, the iframe on the website doesn’t display the portfolio correct on my iPhone 6: it displays 2 portfolio items next to each other instead of among each other.

The inspector says: “Uncaught SecurityError: Blocked a frame with origin “http://uri.lekkerderuimte.nl” from accessing a frame with origin “http://urilift.nl”. Protocols, domains, and ports must match.”

Could you please help me to fix this? Thanks in Advance!

    Hey Frans,

about which iFrames are you talking about? and how are you using it exactly?
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi Andy,

When do you think you can take a look at our issue?

We tested both the normal iFrame-tag and the Avia-tag (embed). Feel free to deactivate plugins if necessary but please do not remove any plugin or data!

    Thank you in advance!

    I see this:

which looks ok to me. I can’t really see any issues. Can you highlight your intentions please? use a mockup/screenshot (imgur.com, dropbox).

    Best regards,

    Hi,

I can’t reproduce the issue on my mobile. Please clear browser cache and refresh a few times. Check on another iPhone too.

    Best regards,

    Hi Andy,

Problem solved! To ensure that you can see an iframe on an iOS device, it is important to choose the page template ‘Blank’, see:
