    Hi there

    I installed your Demo https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-startup/
    which works with iEX 9/10/11 on Windows properly.

    Coming with my Website https://www.webagentur-aarau.ch/ using
    your Theme Demo, then it is not showing up in iEX 9/10/11. it keeps on loading all the time,
    like something is corrupt or missing.
    I deactivated all Plugins, deleted all Background Videos, deactivated additional CSS
    All other Browsers are fine.

    Any ideas why my website is not running on iEx?

    I got it!

    Bug in ENFOLD: When I choose other option than «Keine Mindesthöhe, Inhalte innerhalb von Sektion nutzen, um die Höhe zu definieren» in
    «Farb-Sektion» / «Section Layout»

    like
    «Mindestens 100%/75%/50%/etc… der Browser-Fensterhöhe», as I did before –> Bug!

    both Browsers, Internet Explorer iEX and Safari keep on loading and do not show any content.
    iEx and Safari only work with «Keine Mindesthöhe, Inhalte innerhalb von Sektion nutzen, um die Höhe zu definieren»

    I can see an ” Issue closed ” over the end of your Paragraph. What does this means actually? Is it a bug or not?

    Yes, it is a Kriesi Bug

    But I could solve this like that:

    If you choose something else than option one:
    «Keine Mindesthöhe, Inhalte innerhalb von Sektion nutzen, um die Höhe zu definieren»
    then iEX and Safari stay blank white loading…
    For iEX and Safari you MUST choose
    «Keine Mindesthöhe, Inhalte innerhalb von Sektion nutzen, um die Höhe zu definieren»

    then it works ;-)
