    Hi!

    Yigit asked us to check for it and I did.
    I opened to IE and the page seems to loading completely fine to me.
    Everything is loading fine, all the text, no spaces to menu etc.

    Can you please try clear your cache maybe?
    I tried with IE11 and Edge and both seem fine.

    This is the version of IE11 : 11.0.26
    If you try IE11 with version 11.1 it working ….
    And all the users in this corporation using this version

    I can not test on older version to be honest with you.
    It is although a really strange issue, are you sure that it is not related to cache, on the old version?

    NO.
    I clean all the cache via admin panel and php clean cache command.
    If you can’t resolve the issue, please refund me the money of the template and I will buy different template,
    All my client working with this version, in your template description it written that it work’s with IE11, but as you can see it doesn’t !
    And you can download an older version of IE11 if you really want to check it out.
    Please perform the refund ASAP.

    Hey!

    We are very sorry if you’re having this issue. I checked the site on IE11 but I can’t reproduce the same issue. The site looks exactly the same compare to Firefox and Chrome. Why can’t you upgrade the browser to the latest version? It’s the latest version of the browser that the theme is most likely compatible with.
