Hi. Everything’s working fine with Chrome / Safari but IE10 is a mess.
The menu ranges vertically and the header bar is overlapping text.
Here’s a link to the site: http://snipurl.com/2845ece
I’m using Enfold v2.4.2 and WordPress 3.7.1
Any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Paul
Hi paulgandrews!
Please try deactivating all active plugins and check if one of them causes the issue

Hey!
Have you made any changes on theme files?
By the way, back to top icon is not working on your website, you can refer to this post to fix it https://kriesi.at/support/topic/back-to-top-button-broken/#post-179730

Hey Vigit – appreciate your help here.
No – I’ve not made any changes. In fact, I only recently upgraded to v2.4.2 by replacing the old Enfold folder with the latest download.
(Thanks for the heads-up by the way on the back-to-top icon)
Hi!
It isn’t just IE10, its any version of IE actually.
A couple other things to try: First go to your styling options and make a small change then save, change it back and save again. Make sure any style change is actually reflected on the front end to to check that the file is still writable.
Second, re-install the entire theme files again over FTP going folder by folder. Make sure there are no errors with writing over any files or failed uploads.
Cheers!
Devin
If you can, set up a second install of WordPress in a sub directory on the same host and then do a clean install of Enfold (download from themeforest>install with no plugins).
From the front end I see no reason why IE should be having such an issue but I’ve also tagged the rest of the support crew to see if anyone else has any ideas.
