New to WordPress and Enfold so I’m sorry about this question if it’s too basic for you. I’ve designed a site and I’m hearing that it’s not working well from several people. It seems to work for me fine, but they are having trouble with it. My friend in NY told me this morning that he’s using his PC and windows explorer and he’s unable to view most of the site. He hasn’t told me which version on IE he’s using. If you get a chance, would you check out my site and tell me if you’re unable to view it correctly? http://noahyoungmusic.com/
Thank you.October 19, 2013 at 7:04 am #177741Hi LesYoung!
First of all you’re using an old version of the theme. Please download 2.3.2 or wait for the release of 2.4 which is coming soon. Update the file via FTP: http://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/64927356
Can you list a specific issue on IE browser? I check your site on IE9 and it looks nice.
Cheers!

I’m a little confused. When I check WordPress updates I see this…
WordPress Updates
Last checked on October 22, 2013 at 12:31 am. Check Again
You have the latest version of WordPress.
You have the latest version of WordPress. You do not need to update. However, if you want to re-install version 3.6.1, you can do so automatically or download the package and re-install manually:
Download 3.6.1
While your site is being updated, it will be in maintenance mode. As soon as your updates are complete, your site will return to normal.
Plugins
Your plugins are all up to date.
Themes
Your themes are all up to date. But when I look at the Theme itself, I see that it is version 2.2
What is the difference? And how do I update the theme?Les
October 23, 2013 at 4:53 am #179449Hey!
WordPress and the Theme are two different things. You can download the latest version of the theme on your themeforest account. You need to override the old theme files via FTP. Watch this video: http://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/64927356
