    Hey guys,
    I am also having Internet Explorer issues. It seems my headers and some other assets are not showing.
    Is the update coming soon? Or, can I get on the Beta?

    So I tried the Beta and that did not work. Most of the Special Headers do not show the text, I tired changing the font and that did not work. Also, most of the automated sections such as the Testimonial sliders and Partner/Logo Area elements do not work. I also tried to turning off caching and that did not help.

    Everything works fine in Chrome, and Firefox it is just Internet Explorer that is giving me the issues.

    I put the URL in the Private area.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Which version of IE are you using? We can’t reproduce the issue on IE 11, MS Edge, MS Edge (IE 10 emulation). Have you tried removing the cache or testing it on another computer?

    I am using IE 11 and I tried it on MS Edge and I am getting the same issues. I cleared the cache, turned off the caching plugin in, and I even tried it on a brand new computer and I am still having the same issues. It works fine on my IE emulators but not the real IE. I also had a few people outside my office try it and they all had the same issue.

    OK so it seems the it works great on windows 10 but not windows 7.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    It’s possible that the animation doesn’t start properly on those browsers. Try to add this css code.

    .js_active .av-minimum-height .container {
    opacity: 1;
}

    Please don’t forget to remove the cache.
