August 13, 2019 at 11:19 am #1127137Hey hunter_ncmed,
I can see some images not being loaded, I can’t see anything wrong with the form though? Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please post a screenshot of the problem with the form.
Best regards,
RikardAugust 13, 2019 at 6:48 pm #1127353Please find screenshots and login credentials in private content area. Also can use the emulator https://www.ieonchrome.com/# to see the issues with the animations and the forms. These issues were found on IE11 and previous legacy browsers.

BasilisAugust 15, 2019 at 10:05 pm #1128093Really? So I have to find another theme for all my brands? From earlier and different posts about IE 11, Kriesi states that this will be patched in the next version.

August 19, 2019 at 3:19 am #1128779Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We were able to reproduce the issue on IE11 but we didn’t find any errors, so we don’t know what’s actually causing the issue. We did encounter an IE issue recently which might be related to this. The solution or patch was added in the beta version of the theme. (see private field)
Let us know if that helps.

IsmaelAugust 19, 2019 at 6:19 pm #1128991Hello, I would like to ask carefully what the IE11 problem looks like now. My customer wishes that the site also works under IE11. What can I tell him?
August 20, 2019 at 1:40 am #1129058Hi,
@stimmungshoch: There is an unsupported JS function that is causing an error in IE. If you can open a new thread, we’ll give you the beta version containing the patch.Best regards,

August 20, 2019 at 9:35 pm #1129358Hi hunter_ncmed,
You need to use the archive utility that asks for the password it will not work otherwise.

VictoriaAugust 20, 2019 at 9:46 pm #1129361Thanks Victoria. I’ve never used the archive utility. Can you please explain how to use it to install new theme via FTP? Thank you.

Jordan ShannonAugust 21, 2019 at 9:49 pm #1129781Thank you Jordan, but still need a good copy of the beta 4.5.7.1. Please see screenshot for error when using the Archive Utility on Mac. Unable to install Enfold theme folder after unzipping on both PC and Mac. I’ve never had to use a password and have had no problems when downloading earlier versions of the themes from Envato.
Thank you and hoping to get this resolved soon since it has been a few months regarding this issue with no resolution.
August 26, 2019 at 1:26 am #1130790Hi,
Sorry for the delay. You may need to install a third party extractor software like WinRAR to properly open the file. The default archive utility doesn’t seem to recognize that the compressed file is password protected, so it doesn’t ask for it and hence the error.

IsmaelAugust 26, 2019 at 6:49 pm #1131084Thanks for this Ismael. Not sure why the other moderators wouldn’t put this information in their replies and even more confused by Basilis’ response.
Do you have an application that will perform this operation for Macintosh? Please advise and thanks.
August 27, 2019 at 3:49 am #1131161Hi,
Sorry for the confusion.
We found these archive software for Mac.
// https://www.izip.com/
// https://www.winzip.com/mac/en/zip-for-mac.htmlWe’re on a Windows machine, so we couldn’t test it. Please let us know if the extractor works so that we can recommend them to other users.
