Hi.
Following two are my websiteshttp://www.eco-world.co.uk
http://www.yourtyreexperts.comI have contact forms setup on almost every page. When customer submit these forms I cannot tell from which page did they submit the form from.
Is there anyway to put a tag or something where it tells me that the form submission has come from a particular page.
your help will be appreciated.

Are you using the default Enfold contact element?

September 30, 2017 at 11:11 pm #858838Hi,
If you use a plugin such as Contact Form 7. You can create multiple forms with their own individual titles. You can have the title correspond to the page that its on. This would require multiple forms however. If you want just one form, it would require a little bit more involved coding that goes beyond the scope of the forum.

I quite like the form setup in enfold and find it very easy to use instead of contact form 7. Is there not a work around to identify the form source?
To add a hidden field or something like?
Kind regards,

Perhaps giving them unique subject titles so you know what page it comes from?

That is the solution … so no need to add the burden of another plugin … :)
Why didn’t I think of this before.
I wish my other issues can be resolved (re menu items / custom links / mobile menu)
Thank you for your help.

No problem at all. We will see about addressing you other issues as well. Have you created threads already?
Best regards,
