    I’ve seen the other threads related to this issue but the proposed solutions seem to have no effect. On certain computers only, the entypo-fontello fonts do not display at all. This applies to all major browsers. The computers seem to have nothing in common except they all belong to my client.

    This does not fix the issue. The icons have always displayed correctly on inside pages, just not on the home page (sorry I should have mentioned this previously). That would suggest that it is not a CORS issue.

    Hi,

    Is it possible that an ad blocker or some other software on the client’s computer is causing these fonts to not load?

    Icon loads fine on my browser as well. What browser is your client using? Please ask your client to check it on another computer. Refer to this link for a possible fix: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1016919
