    We have a problem, our icons are in english/normal looking in our dev backend but on our actual live website they are in japanese charactersin all browsers except safari. how do we fix it

    http://www.coldpacks.com.au is the site. I am a newbie so wouldnt have a clue how to do the stuff in your solution link sorry. But it sounds like tht would fix it.

    our website is being altered presumably by our webhost/provider who are also looking at the problem. it is now back to its original dev form and we have just lost a weeks worth of work. i will post again tmrw if they havent fixed it.
