Hi there on this rainy saturday,
on http://intertrans.nummer5.de/ I am trying to set up an additional menu, but I do have a hard time attaching some meaningful icons to the menu items (no images, I want to use some of the icons that appear throughout the site).
I have tried several approaches with shortcut as advised in other post, but I alway get stucked at some point, either with the icons` size, the color or the link. Yes, it may be due to the lack of fundamental coding skills, but maybe someone can kindly assist with a step by step tut? Thank you so much.

I’m not sure I understand what you mean, what icons do you want to insert and where? A screenshot highlighting your intentions would be helpful.

thanks for coming back on my issue. in the header menu, you can see the three items “Kundenlogin”, “Kontakt” & “Telefon”. As illustrated in the attached image, I want to place an icon next to these three items, e.g. a fon icon to the Phone Number, mail symbol to Kontakt and a lock next to the log in.
On some of my sites I set this feature with images, but i would like to use icons this time instead of png or svg.
