the icons (see “commercial insurance”) are not showing up on Safari but they do show up on Chrome. I downloaded from flaticon as the icon font, uploaded in the upload icon fonts section in the theme options section. Please help?

Thank you for the inquiry.
Where exactly in the page did you place the icon? We cannot find it anywhere when we checked the site using Chrome. Please provide a screenshot.
Best regards,

Thank you for the link to your site and the screenshot, I’m not seeing your custom icons on Windows 10 ▸ Chrome or Mac ▸ Safari
I see you have a CORS policy, where your icon font is loaded from your live domain and shown on your testing domain:Access to font at 'https://live-domain/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/flaticon/flaticon.woff2' from origin 'https://test-domain' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
please try ensuring all resources for your testing domain are from your testing domain, I also recommend either adding a https certificate to your testing domain or removing the https from the links, that is change them to http, also most of your menu items point to your live site.
On your live site the ones not showing do not have the corresponding css, please link to the zip file that you uploaded to your Iconfont Manager so I can test. Sometimes icon sets from flaticon do not contain the actual icon font and only contain svg images, these icon packs will not work, they must be the actual icon font. Other times the zip file uploaded have the icon font nested in directories inside the zip file and must be extracted and sorted out and then re-zip’edBest regards,
MikeAugust 16, 2021 at 8:49 pm #1317004The site is live now – and the icon issue is not resolved. the site is live at https://www.benchmarkcis.com/personal-insurance/
I’m adding a private link to the flaticon icon font zip file. ANd credentials to log in. I’ve set up a child theme in case PHP needs to be added.August 18, 2021 at 6:20 am #1317259Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The custom icons in the tab section titles are now displaying correctly on Chrome. How did you fix it?

IsmaelAugust 19, 2021 at 1:34 am #1317394Hi Ismael, I downloaded a new font file from fontello and manually picked new icons… Flaticon fonts just aren’t really supported. It’s a shame because they have SO MANY more options.
