    Hello,

We followed the instructions in your video for adding new fonts from Fontello. We uploaded the SVG files we needed, downloaded the .zip file, and imported it without any error messages. When we went to edit the page using the advanced builder it popped up this error message:

Warning: include(/code/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/test/charmap.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /code/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 477 Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘/code/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/test/charmap.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php’) in /code/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebulder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 477

The icons do not display when you try to add a new icon element (as an example).

I tried this with custom fonts that we uploaded and multiple fonts available on fontello.com by default – same error message.

We are using the latest Enfold Child theme.

    Help please. :)

    Hey cr,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
