    Hey guys,

    I am trying to upload icons using IconFont Manager but i have an issue Server didn’t respond. I have used this feature before and never have a problem and also enfold is updated to the last version. Can you please help me solve the issue? Thanks

    Hey mojanoski,

    I checked your site and also tried to upload the same icon pack on my installation. It worked fine on my installation but failed to upload to yours. This could be due to server settings or a plugin conflict may be one of the reasons for this issue.
    To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    Hi,

    If all plugins are working correctly the only issue I can suspect at the moment is your WP and Hosting memory limit. Please set a higher memory limit in WordPress config file. Access wp-config.php file in the root directory and add the below line to increase the WordPress memory limit. For a detailed explanation please check WordPress Codex.

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
    

    If possible increasing the memory on the hosting server by getting in touch with your hosting company.
