Hi, everyone
I got a problem on Iconfont Manager. First I go to Fontello website download my custom icon font pack, and use enfold Iconfont Manager to upload the icon font pack. But I got a error msg: “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond. Please reload the page, then try again”.
Then I search forum and find this post have the same problem: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/icon-font-manager-3/
I have the same error message from debug mode: “PHP Fatal error: Class ‘ZipArchive’ not found in /home/rolence/public_html/jennifer/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 117”.
I go to check my web server phpinfo (http://www.beautyseeker.net/jennifer/phpinfo.php) to check “ZipArchieve” is enabled or not. It seems already enabled from my phpinfo page.
So now I can’t figure out where the problem is? or I miss something?
Hope anyone can help? Thanks!!
March 15, 2017 at 12:12 pm #761344Hey rolence1,
You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 4.0.2 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
Best regards,

Thanks for your reply. I updated Enfold from version 3.8 to 4.0.2, and refresh browser cache few times. But the same error shows as before. (sigh)
Is there have other way to solve this issue? Thanks ~

March 21, 2017 at 7:08 am #764035Hi,
Please ask your hosting provider to enable the ZipArchive php extension in your server. Or if you have access to the php.ini file, look for this line.
;extension=php_zip.dll.. replace it with:
extension=php_zip.dllRestart your server. What is the current PHP version? Make sure that it is 5.6 or later.
Best regards,
