    I´m trying to upload a Fontello icon zip file via the Iconfont Manager Import/Export feature but I´m getting the following error message: “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond. Please reload the page, then try again”. So, I reloaded and tried again with no luck. I then called GoDaddy, my web hosting company, they tried to upload other files without any problems, so we don´t know what´s causing the problem. Any advice? Thanks.

    Hey jblacksten,
    Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the login, I see that your webhost doesn’t have the PHP ZipArchive Extension installed, so your site can’t extract the zip files, please ask your webhost to install.
