Hi mgiannotta,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field. Please share the zip that you’re trying to upload too.
Best regards,

September 10, 2019 at 3:13 pm #1136568Hi IndexGuy14,
Please try to create a new thread and post the temporary admin details so we can check it further and try to fix it. Just post it in private content so it is visible only to the thread creator and the moderators. Also you can put the link to this thread on the newly created thread so we can use as reference.
Best regards,

January 23, 2020 at 4:17 am #1177375Hi Lawrence8,
Thanks for the admin access.
I tried to check it but the SVG file you’re trying to use does not work, I tried some online font converters which converts SVG to TTF and SVG to WOFF but it does not work either.
I think you’ll need an SVG file which can be converted to a font, I’m not sure though how to do that in Adobe Illustrator.Best regards,
NikkoJanuary 23, 2020 at 11:24 pm #1177936Well I don’t find a solution either. I was downloading adobe illustrator and tried to convert SVG Files to SVG Files again (maybe adobe writes something in the code whatever), and still Enfold gives me the same error message. All Icons are from “flaticons” which enfold even recommends in the upload section.
This is absolutely strange…… what to do next?
best regards
Lawrence Karla

January 25, 2020 at 2:36 pm #1178361January 27, 2020 at 7:59 am #1178587Hi,
Sorry for the delay. You can only upload monocolored icon sets from Flaticon. If it is an svg file, then you can use Fontello’s SVG converter before uploading it to the theme’s Iconfont Manager. If you need more help, please create a new thread and post the necessary details in the private field.
Best regards,
