I´m trying to upload a Fontello icon zip file via the Iconfont Manager Import/Export feature but I´m getting the following error message: “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond. Please reload the page, then try again”. So, I reloaded and tried again with no luck. I then called GoDaddy, my web hosting company, they tried to upload other files without any problems, so we don´t know what´s causing the problem. Any advice? Thanks.

How do I see the error? I can’t see anything.
June 2, 2017 at 3:45 pm #803065I think the issue might be the ftp address I gave you. Try this instead. Also, you’ll need to connect via SFTP.
