    I am trying to upload a Fontello icon zip file via Enfold Child > Import/Export, but I get the following message:

    ‘Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond. Please reload the page, then try again.’ I have reloaded the page and made sure everything is updated but it’s still not working, would someone be able to take a look? I have shared temporary admin credentials in the private content box.

    Hey Jewels007,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Did you actually download the font set from https://fontello.com/? If you have svg files, you can upload the files to the fontello site to create custom font icons. You cannot upload svg and png files directly to the icon font manager.

    Hi Ismael,

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have uploaded the font sets from fontello, and am no longer getting the server error, but the icons aren’t showing up anywhere.

    Do you have troubleshooting help documentation that you could direct me to?

    Thank you for the update..

    Did you download the icon font set from fontello and upload it in the iconfont mananager? Please check the following documentation for more info on how to properly upload the icon font set to the icon font manager.
