    Hi

    I have been having a problem in installing some extra icon fonts via the Iconfont Manager.

    I have downloaded and uploaded the zip file (fontello-b3deff76.zip) ok but the receive an error

    “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond”

    I have touched based with my ISP and the have responded with :

    Unfortunately we do not allow for the compiling, execution or extraction of ZIP files that are located on our shared hosting environment, we advise you upload this content and manage this in a folder rather than a .ZIP archive.

    I will grab the error log and post.

    Any ideas what might be happening?

    Your server provider does not allow this:

    Unfortunately we do not allow for the compiling, execution or extraction of ZIP files that are located on our shared hosting environment, we advise you upload this content and manage this in a folder rather than a .ZIP archive.

    It’s not up to us unfortunately :(
