    Howdy,

    I uploaded an icon of a clock from fontello to my theme. The icon was of a clock but when I add the code to y footer it shows up as a musical note. The icon code is “ue801” which is the clock…

    I’m also having an issue adding the building icon I uploaded to the address in the footer – that code is “uf1ad”

    Please Advise

    I am checking the icon file name and I cant see it uploaded neither the icon to be this one if I am trying to load the code…

    Hi, That’s odd. The icon does show up on the backend as you can see by the screenshot when I try to add an icon.

    Hi victoria,

    I tried renaming the icons and re-uploading but the icons they show up like the screenshot. Also the codes I renames them to do not match up. For example rename the icons but they do not show up as the rename. I have the yelp icons for the header and the building and clock icons for the footer.

    Thanks for the update.

    The character code of the clock icon is “ue666” and it belongs to a set called “fontello”. We edited the shortcode based on that.

    Thanks. That seems to look good. I see the building icon is still not showing up in front of the address.
