Icon list Icons won't grow if it's the last element on the screen

I have a site with slightly altered styles for the icon list and an own icon font.

My problem now is, if the browser window is not big enough to trigger the presentation of the icons on load, and I have to scroll, even if I scroll to the very bottom, the icons won’t present them selfs.

Is there anything I did wrong?
