    Hi Mike, the jQuery error is now fixed. Correct I had to change strategy for that page, here is another page, try to move over to the consent mgmt tab and you will see this effect on mobile phones (I am using iphone). https://www.aptilo.com/products/aptilo-smp-wifi-service-management/gdpr-consent-personal-data-management/

    As discussed I have tried to disable all plugins and just run the standard theme of latest version. Still this error. Just to verify that I haven’t done any thing wrong in my analysis, it would be great if you could try to make animated icons within the tab layout element to verify on your side.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the link, I do see that the icons in the tab are not animating, I have submitted an issue report to the dev team about this using a similar example from a different thread.
    I will report here when I hear back from them.

    Hi,
    The dev team has added a fix to the theme for the animation issue within the tabs, please save a copy of your current shortcodes.js file for fallback and replace with the one linked here.
    The file is found at: \wp-content\themes\enfold\js\shortcodes.js
    Then clear your browser cache a few times and check.

    Hi Mike, thanks for this. I have tried this also with a private mode chrome browser on iphone and the issue is still there.

    Hi guys,

    Yep, I tried the manip and it’s stil not working, even with multiple cache clearing.. I wonder if deactivate the js. files compression could make it works ?

    I went to your page and in the “CONSENT MANAGEMENT” tab halfway down there is an icon list under “FLEXIBLE CONSENT MANAGEMENT”, the animation here seems to be working here correctly. Is this also what you are checking?

    Please try to deactivate the js file compression and any other caching plugins, then clear your browser cache, and check.

    Hi Mike,

    Yes, what phone and what browser are you using? I am using iPhone with Safari and Chrome. I still don’t get it to works the first two bullets are small with opacity (as they are in the beginning of the animation) I need to reload the page for them to work. When I flip through the tabs, next time I come back all bullets are like that. Both on my live site (old js file) and our staging site where I have implemented the new js. Please note that the staging has a unrelated js error, but this is not the root cause. It behaves the same way with the plugin causing the js problem disabled.

    Hi,

    @Terve     I’m using an Android with chrome, it looks like your staging site is loading a lazyload script from wp-rocket and the Enfold Theme Options > Performance > JS & CSS file merging and compression is enabled. Please disable these.

    Thanks Mike, I have done those settings now. Please have a look. For me the problem is the same. I saw a new Enfold version (4.7.5?) and some interesting things in the release notes. Next after you have had a check here. I will try the upgrade.

    Hi Mike, I really need to get going with some other activities on our stagingsite, so I will continue to upgrade Enfold and do some other things. I think we can give this a rest now. I will try to find an Android to test with to verify if this is isolated to iphone and Chrome.

    Perfect, it’s working as expected and the animation triggers well. Thanks a lot !
    Just a little problem remains, when you are on the tab 2 or plus and you go on the tab 1, the icons are already displayed. But if you go on the tab 3 or 4 the icons are display as normal. The problem happens only with the tab 1. This is the same website as at the start of the threat.

    Hi Mike,

    Sorry for the response delay, if you follow the link you send me in the private data of in your last message, you could see the problem.

    It occurs if you click on “TRETS” tab just after (then the icon animation not happening and icons are already displayed).
    But if you click on the others tab, that are not the first, everything is well and the icon animation displays as expected.

    It’s a detail but it would be amazing to have the solution.
