Hello,
Thank you for an amazing theme!! I recently updated to latest theme version yesterday
My Icons on http://sc.preview.addwebtoday.com/ won’t work when they are on parallax backgrounds. I have gotten them to work on solid backgrounds with no image, but the movement is very shuttering and the transition is rough. In many cases, the transition has been crashing my mobile browsers (firefox, chrome, safari).
Please let me know what I can do to ensure that these links are working, as they are being used as a native navigation experience through out the entire site. I also am having similar issues on both iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, and iPad 4.
I may be submitting another ticket it for it, but I’m having a responsive issue for area sizing as well. If you look at the lower area of the page on http://sc.preview.addwebtoday.com/, some full width sections act responsive while others don’t. Is there any CSS I am missing.
When I’m finished with this site, i really hope it exemplifies all of what the them has to offer. Looking forward to making a beautiful end product once I get some help cleaning up some cosmetic/functionality issues.
Thank you!
AddWebTodayMarch 30, 2014 at 4:00 pm #245131Hey addwebtoday!
Please try adding the code Kriesi posted here https://kriesi.at/support/topic/background-image-fixed-parallax-disables-portfolio-grid-links-on-mobile/#post-238953

YigitApril 2, 2014 at 3:58 am #246369We just tried putting the code in the quick css, the custom.css located in the theme folder, and in the css in our child them and we’re still having trouble on android and iOS devices on https://kriesi.at/support/topic/background-image-fixed-parallax-disables-portfolio-grid-links-on-mobile/#post-238953. What’s the next step we should take?
April 3, 2014 at 5:50 pm #247151Hey!
Can you try adding !important rule to the code as following
.avia_mobile #top .av-parallax-section{z-index: 0 !important;}
and flush browser cache after applying the code? Please also deactivate if you have any minifying plugin activated
Cheers!
YigitApril 19, 2014 at 3:04 pm #253471I tried all of the above code and suggestions on my iphone 5, and it still does not work.
April 21, 2014 at 4:02 pm #253881Hey!
@iotaip Which version of Enfold are you using? If not the latest 2.6.4, please update the theme and check once againBest regards,
YigitApril 21, 2014 at 5:24 pm #253939I am using Enfold version 2.6.2.
If I upgrade to 2.6.4, will I lose all the changes that I made to the 2.6.2 source code in the themes/enfold directory?April 22, 2014 at 2:55 pm #254351Hi!
If you are not using a child theme (http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/) you will lose the changes you made on theme files. Version 2.7 is now available
Best regards,
YigitApril 30, 2014 at 6:01 pm #258351Hi we are using a child theme and I am currently on the backend of the site on the theme update section. It says we’re using the latest version, but we’re not. We’re on 2.6.2. Why is the theme not recognizing that there is a new version to update? I’m hoping this update will fix the icon issue in the discussion above.
