Hi – my site is http://spectrumhr-solutions.co.uk/ and when adding the icon boxes or editing, the links section has only ‘page’ ‘ post’ ‘portfolio’ etc and not the list of pages as it did before I moved the wordpress site on the new url.
the only plug ins added were Latest Tweets Widget Version 1.1.0 | By Tim Whitlock
and
MailPoet Newsletters
When I deacticate these it still doesnt work
other than that – havent done anything else and i have upgraded to latest theme versionMay 22, 2014 at 4:06 pm #268644Hi neosdesign!
Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately so we can take a look?

Have you updated via FTP? I have no issue on my local installation and as far as i know, none of other users reported such issue.
Best regards,
YigitMay 23, 2014 at 3:29 pm #269153Yes – I have uploaded via FTP – still the same – I realise other people havent the same issues but the issue is still on mine
May 23, 2014 at 4:20 pm #269170Hi
Are you still looking into this?
Thanks very muchMay 24, 2014 at 7:20 am #269452Hi!
Sorry for the delay.
For clarification, what do you mean when you say “links section”? Is it the main menu? Do you mind providing us with a screenshot? Checking on the website, the icon lists elements are working fine. Make sure that you set the main menu as Enfold Main Menu on Appearance > Menus panel.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 24, 2014 at 11:51 am #269472See on my home page – the top 3 icon boxes – ‘organisational change’ for example. The link goes to http://spectrumhr-solutions.co.uk/page. Through admin, when you try to select a page on my web site i.e. the organisational change page, there are no options to choose from, just page or portfolio etc. If you look at the other icon links, some have ‘page’ which also cannot be corrected to link to relevant web page
ThanksMay 24, 2014 at 1:20 pm #269483This reply has been marked as private.May 24, 2014 at 7:37 pm #269530If you go into my admin, then go onto home page, then click on to edit Organisational Change Icon Box (near top of page) you will not be able to choose which page to link the icon to. This is the problem. I have already uploaded by FTP new upgraded version
ThanksMay 26, 2014 at 4:44 am #269895Hey!
Thank you for the update.
Yes, I can see the issue now but I can’t reproduce it on my end. The icon box link for page is working fine on our end. Is it ok if we deactivate all plugins while working on your website? We don’t want to mess up your plugin settings. If possible, deactivate the plugins yourself, see if the page list works again.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 26, 2014 at 9:32 am #269969yes the icon box link is working for ‘page’ but not individual pages on my site.

YigitMay 26, 2014 at 4:45 pm #270144Hey!
I couldn’t find any js error on the editor page which would cause this issue and I’m not aware of similar bug reports. I’ll forward this to Kriesi.

JosueMay 28, 2014 at 7:24 am #270999Hey!
Although some of your theme files seem to be updated properly others are not. Not sure what went wrong with your update but the javascript files in your config-templatebuilder folder are not updated at all and thats causing the problem. I would recommend to use ftp and completely remove that folder, then upload it again. this should fix the problem ;)
Cheers!
