    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the late reply!

    I noticed that you are currently using an older version of the theme. Could you please firstly update Enfold to the latest version 4.7.3 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and check if that helps?

    Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

    Purchases could not be accessed
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    Following errors occured:

    Purchases: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – reason: invalid-token
    username Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – reason: invalid-token
    email Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – reason: invalid-token
    Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.

    Hey,

    Envato has updated their API therefore you would need to generate a Personal Token – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive updates. API keys no longer work.

    Hi,

    I see that you have updated the theme to the latest version.
    I checked your element on Edge on mac and it works fine on my end. Could you please check and confirm?

    I noticed some lines on hover. You can remove them by adding following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options > General Styling

    .avia-icongrid-borders-between li .avia-icongrid-wrapper:before {
    box-shadow: none;
}
