Icon font manager will not import fontello icon pack

Hello!
I have had this issue before. When I try to import a font pack from the media library, I keep getting the error “Can’t add the font because the server didn’t respond. Please reload the page, then try again.”

I tried extracting the file, then selected the font folder and zipped that. I uploaded the zipped file as font.zip. I tried importing it and I get the exact same error.

I also contacted the hosting company to make sure that the PHP ZipArchive Extension is enabled, as this solved the issue on a different site.

I’m stumped. Any help would be appreciated! I’ll add admin credentials below.
