Hi Enfold Team,
I would like to put an entypo icon font in an Avia section background, by using css customization (with the section ID).
I tried but no success till then.
I saw that there is often an inline style in the html when font icons are used. Perhaps it’s the reason i can’t do it ?
Anyone to give me the right css code ?Thanks.

Unless you copy the character from your source code I don’t think you can do that with just CSS. Why just add an icon element inside the color section?
Send us a link to your page and take a screenshot highlighting what your trying to do and we’ll take a look.

Why just add an icon element inside the color section?
Because i can’t put other avia elements in an avia icon element …
i found an example here (i think) : http://www.woothemes.com/products/canvas/
About the middle of the page, background animation on the left

You can drag elements into a color section. Go ahead and drag an icon element inside a color section and save.
If that’s not what your trying to do then send us a link to your page and take a screenshot highlighting your intentions so we can get a better idea.

ElliottJanuary 17, 2015 at 8:19 pm #381294Sorry Elliott, i haven’t done anything yet, so i have nothing to show, and it seemed I am not making a good job when trying to explain myself.
– Say i want :
– A color section
– Two columns in the color section
– Two text blocks in the columns. And a background image on my color section.
And instead using an image, i want to use a (big) icon-font character on my backgroundThe only way to set this background is custom css with my color section id or class, ok ?
So i can’t find the right css code (working with the avia editor) to put my font-icon character in the background…Another example, simpler :

January 19, 2015 at 7:43 pm #382052Hi!
So you want to set an icon as the background of a color section? I’m sorry but I do not think that is possible. You would need to take a screenshot of your icon to make it an image and then use that on the color section background.
