Hi (Rikard),
this is the new inquire besides the old Thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/strange-behavior-when-i-scroll-up/#post-1479357
Your credients are on the private field, i have insert the Flipboxes on a testpage – the Site is currently in production ;-) (EDIT: page is live now).
It seems to work, if you scrolling from top to down (mobile) but if you scroll back to top it jumps to the end.
Greetings

March 22, 2025 at 8:10 pm #1479927Hey janssen-media,
I can not reproduce on Android or in Dev Tools in emulator.
What OS and browser are you using?Best regards,
MikeMarch 24, 2025 at 8:35 am #1480027Hi Mike,
thanks for looking into it :)We have test in on Android and iOS. It is “jumping” on both systems: Android with Firefox and Chrome (or Chromium) and iOS with Safari.
But on Desktop in DEV Tools Emulator it doesn’t jump.
Greetings
MartinMarch 29, 2025 at 2:09 pm #1480442Hi,
I checked again on my Android, and if I scroll quickly, the sticky menu plugin readjusts and makes the page scroll to the bottom. Try disabling this plugin.Best regards,
MikeMarch 31, 2025 at 8:21 am #1480509Hi Mike, thanks for looking into it again :)
But it seems to be another issue. I’ve insert some “Test-boxes” on another page with Enfold that is curently in production (link to testpage in Private Content).
On this page there is no sidebar…
Best regards,
MartinMarch 31, 2025 at 4:40 pm #1480536Hi,
If you add full width element to your layout, like Color Section elements, then the sidebar will appear next to the last non full width element.

RikardApril 1, 2025 at 7:45 am #1480560Hello,
but there’s no sidebar (plugin) on my other production-site. Or did I misunderstand something? ;-)

MartinApril 1, 2025 at 9:53 pm #1480598Hi,
Please keep this thread to one issue, you can always open new threads. When you disable the plugin does it solve the issue?Best regards,
MikeApril 2, 2025 at 7:34 am #1480619Hi Mike,
i’m really sorry. I was only send you another production-site with the same problem ;-)But i’ve try it again without Sidebar Plugin activated and this is still jumping.
Best regards and sorry again
MartinApril 2, 2025 at 10:12 pm #1480670Hi,
I checked your test page that has the plugin disabled, on my Android, and the jumping when you scroll down and back up doesn’t occur now.Best regards,
MikeApril 3, 2025 at 7:29 am #1480688Hi,
that is strange. For us in our company it jumps either with or without Sidebar plugin on Firefox/Chrome/Safari – Android/iOS.It seems mostly happend after the last flipbox is flipped, if your going back to the top.
Best regards,
Martin-
