Hello,
I just noted that the icon/flipbox grid elements are overlapping/stacking up in the first row left column position viewable by those logged into the website from both the production/public and editor preview screens. The icon/flipbox grid elements appear correctly for those individuals not logged in. Webpages displaying this behavior include but are not limited to:
https://www.structint.com/about/ (should have two rows of three icons)
The cache (via WP Rocket) has been cleared several times and the issue observed on multiple computers and browsers. Note that these pages have been in production/published, some for years, without issue. This issue just presented itself.
Your assistance with correcting this issue is greatly appreciated. I provided Administrator login credentials in the Private Content area for your use.
Enjoy the day!

Thank you for the inquiry.
The icons are displaying correctly when we checked the site. We provided a screenshot below. Did you find the issue? Please try to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings, then purge the cache.

To see the issue, you have to be logged into the website. The issue does not appear to those who are not logged in.
I confirmed that when logged into our website, the issue persists.
I confirmed with our website, that Enfold’s file compression is disabled. We have not enabled it. This is its normal state for our website. Clearing the cache did not correct the issue.
Your continued support is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

NathanSeptember 15, 2022 at 1:38 pm #1365122Hi,
Thanks for your patience and for the login, I found that your un-cached page (logged in) is incorrectly showing the icon grid as “display block”
and the cached page is showing it correctly as “display flex”
I’m not sure why your un-cached page is incorrect, I tested your icon grid on my test site using Enfold v5.1.2 and it shows correctly, so I don’t believe the error is with the version.I would recommend updating your theme again, but since this is an active site perhaps try creating a staging site to test with first?
Check your webhost to see if you have the one click staging site option, this is a option in most cPanels to create a staging clone of your site to test on it while your site will stay up and running. You can always ask your webhost to help you with setting this up if you want. Here are some screenshots of what it would look like:
Since your theme is already showing as v5.1.2 to update to a fresh version you will need to download the latest version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New
after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue
then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.
Best regards,
Mike -
