    I am editing a portfolio item and attempting to add an Icon Box to the right hand column of portfolio entry. I am able to add an Icon Box in the Avia Layout Builder without issue and the direct-link version of the portfolio item works great.

    But when I attempt to use the shortcodes to recreate this element for the AJAX version in the “Additional Portfolio Settings” I am running into a problem. The shortcode for the icon box is not appearing in either the Visual or Text display. Other shortcodes appear in the display just fine. If I add the shortcode anyway, when I look at my Page preview the Icon Box has been added to the top of the page the full width across.

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    I checked the site and I can see the iconbox element inside the portfolio preview. Did you figure this out?

    The iconbox works in the direct link version of the page (when placed using the Avia Layout Builder), but not in the AJAX portfolio where I have to use the shortcode. That’s where I’m having the issue.

    I just tested the shortcode again, and Now it is adding the icon box to the sidebar and to the top of the page (but this may be due to the preview showing the direct link page. I don’t want to publish the page to test it since I can’t see the code to remove it if the box is in the wrong place.

    The shortcode does not appear in the window:

    But it ends up looking like this in the preview page:

    Hi!

    Please check it now (“We ‘R’ Tacoma”), i’ve also enabled debug mode so it is easier to copy shortcodes from normal content to preview content.
