    My site has six icon boxes. I added an unordered list to the first box, then saved. Then I added an unordered list to the second box and saved. The unordered list in the first box reverted back to regular text – it lost the unordered list.

    I need to put unordered lists in all six boxes but it is impossible. Can you please help me?

    Hey!

    Since I cant reproduce the issue on my server please try the following:

    First of all update the theme to the latest version (1.9.1)

    Make sure that you run the latest version of wordpress (3.6)

    The debugging info tells me you are running 4 plugins: any of those able to interfere? try deactivating them one by one.

    If none of this helps let us know, we will then investigate further :)

    Ok I updated the theme and I am running the latest version of wordpress. I deactivated all the plugins and the problem still exists.

    In addition, I worked on another site that uses enfold and I went to edit a page using the page builder and I lost several hours of work because all of the images disappeared after I edited something.

    I also noticed that your Edit Homepage button doesn’t work.

    I would really like to send you my login info and you can try it out. This is a huge problem for me.

    Hi,

    It is working properly on our end. When you add the html tags on the Iconbox editor, please work on the Text/HTML mode. This is the code use for the list.

<li>Click here to add your own text</li>
    
<li>Click here to add your own text</li>

</ul>

    I tried that but it did not fix it. It only saves the last box you edit. I will give you a login if you will try it on my site.

    In fact, none of the styling works. I tried to left justify the text and the same thing happens. It automatically goes back to centered upon saving the page.

    For anyone experiencing this problem, I was able to get around it by installing the PureHTML plugin and using it to to code the list.
