At present, the URL for my home button is “http://www.resumedoctor.ca/#top” and I would like to change it to “http://www.resumedoctor.ca/home”.
Similarly the URL for my pricing page is “http://www.resumedoctor.ca/#pricing” and I would like to change it to “http://www.resumedoctor.ca/pricing”.
How can this be done? I would still like to keep the existing functionality of one-page template with smooth transitions that exist.
Hi achokshi,
I don’t think that would be possible because the URL’s you are looking to use would have to be a separate pages, the #anchor structure let’s link to a specific section on a page though so I would keep what you have now.

Rikard
Thank you for clarifying Rikard.
Can I at least modify the anchor structure for the home page to be #home instead of #top?
Hi,
Add a colorsection with ID #home on top of all content or if you already have a colorsection on top of all content add ID #home to it and change the menu link to #home from #top.
Best regards,
Vinay
Thanks Vinay. This works like a charm, except the part where now I have a blank color section and I do not know how to reduce its height to 0px.
I tried that in the properties for that color section and it did not work.
Hi!
It appears you have figured this one out? I do not see any empty containers on the homepage.
Cheers!
Vinay
oo no I haven’t figured it out. I just removed the colorsection. Could you please tell me how to do it?
