I would like to ask for a refund as I cannot use Elementor with the premade demo templates

Dear Kriesi.at Support Team!

I purchased the Enfold theme today because the description said that it is compatible with Elementor. However, after installing it, I realized that it does not allow me to edit the default demo templates with Elementor—only with Enfold’s own editor, which is not suitable for my needs, because I only learned Elementor use.

I would like to request a refund for my purchase, as I am unable to use the theme as intended, given that the default demo pages cannot be edited with Elementor.
