    After a few hours of unsuccsesfull instalation attempts, I finaly gave up. The theme does not work, it crashes my site. I want my money back.

    Can we try to help you first in the installation? so we can try to find out what is preventing it from running on your site.
    Can you tell us what php version you are using?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately I don’t have the required time or man power for extensive trouble shooting. That’s why I purchased a theme, to save time and effort. I am also discouraged by the fact that each update has to on-go a difficult process and it’s not seamless as I have previously thought.
    Suffice to say that after I uploaded the theme files my site is down. I cannot even access my c panel. Could it be malware?
    With that being said, can you tell me if a refund is possible?

    Hi constantinfirescu,

    No, Enfold doesn’t contain any malware, you can check logs to know why it crashed.
    As for the refund, you can check for envato’s refund policy: https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy

    It all worked out after all. The theme works as intended now. The post can be deleted if needed.
