    Hi,

    I have Enfold 2.7 installed, with a child theme.

    2 days ago I realized I wanted to update, so I entered my Themeforest user id and purchase code.

    FWIW I had to enter this in the child theme as when I swapped to the parent theme there were no theme options available.

    I waited for the 12-hourly update cycle and nothing happened.

    So I clicked ‘Check Manually’ under ‘Theme Update’. It gave me a message saying your themes are all up to date

    Hi agorton,

    Please try to deactivate all plugins to see if that helps. If not then please try installing this plugin to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/

    Thanks! This got me a long way but I still have a question.

    I did as you said, and my main Enfold theme is now at 3.4.7. But I am using a child theme which is still at 2.7 and I do not seem to have any of the new features I was looking for in the update.

    ps… I realized my original issue was actually cause by me using the Purchase code where I should have entered the API code. I am just posting that here in case anyone else looks at this thread.

    Hey!

    You have two Enfold installed on your installation. One is 2.7 and other one is 3.4.7. Please remove 2.7 one
