    I see that maintenance mode is currently turned off on your site, do we need to enable it in order to reproduce the problem you are having? If so, then please give us permission to do so.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    The login URL redirects to a 404 error page. Did you change the login URL? Please include it in the private field so that we could check the settings.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    Do you have a staging version of the site? We would like to set the site to maintenance mode and check the issue with the 404 redirect, but we do not know if the site is currently live or not.
