Thank you for using Enfold.

I think the feed isn’t working because you don’t have the latest version of theme. Please download the latest version, 3.1, from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

The feed url of the category should be: http://www.bridgekorp.com/category/media/feed

I get the following error message:

XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity

You are running version 3.0.4 of Enfold, please try to update to the latest version, 3.1.

Yes but I am affraid the update will mess up my website, last time a contractor tried and said the website got messed up!

Hi!

Go ahead and create a backup first before updating.

Also be sure to deactivate all plugins to see if they are causing the problem.
