The primary language of the site is Italian, the second language is English.
I created the staging site: all updated to the latest version (theme and plugin), the exact copy of the online site. I use the staging site to show you what is happening: you can compare the online site (correct) and the site in staging (where you will see what happens to the site after I update the text to the footer).
ONLINE site
https://www.trikego.com/it/Site copy of the online one (staging site), the test of what happens
https://www.staging2.trikego.com/it/As you will see, by changing the text of the footer in Italian, the customizations are lost:
1. Top Header
2. Title button slider
3. Title style
4. Image styleEven the Footer text no longer has the style I had assigned and the dividing lines of the text are colored white (this is wrong).
Buttons also lose customizations
Going to the Google console, I see a series of errors, but I cannot resolve it (apart from Oswald who I know how to assign, but I don’t know why he is no longer assigned to Headers, like the rest of the CSS).
I don’t seem to find my css, i and customizations: could it depend on SSL? But the certificate is installed correctly.
Could the solution be to do a link check with a plugin? How can I fix these customization leaks? I’m going crazy…
ps: private access to the staging site
February 8, 2022 at 8:02 am #1339534Hey Bruno,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The font looks different in the staging site because the applied font family is set to “static” instead of “oswald”. Did you upload the font to your own server? Try to upload the font again and make sure that the font is selected in the Enfold > General Styling > Fonts panel.
Best regards,

Thank you for the update.
We are not seeing any styling difference between the sites anymore — they look exactly the same now. The text in the footer are also similar. Did you figure out what was causing the styling issue?
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 10, 2022 at 11:43 pm #1340055Hi Ismael. I seem to go crazy :)) When I wrote you and made the report of the loss of customizations, the situation was the one that can be seen in the linked images, as a reference of the situation at that moment: you can check it from the different links used in the browser navigation. As you will have seen, I have purposely placed side by side the situation between the online site https://www.trikego.com/it/ and the staging site https://www.staging2.trikego.com/it/
I had also checked from different browsers, incognito or by clearing the cache, but the customizations I listed in the staging site were lost, I don’t understand. Now everything perfect.
I will try to make the changes online again and see what happens. I will keep you up to date. thanks for your patience :)
