    I recently downloaded V2.9 and when creating a text box on new page, I no longer see the second bar when I open the text box options. The first toolbar is the B, I, ABC, Bulleted List, etc… and the second bar has Heading 1, Underline, etc… the second one is no longer appear.

    How do I get this back?
