    Hello,

    This is my problem:

    – Permissions were invalid for the dynamic_avia autogenated css file.
    – We were trying to update the footer colors, not seeing any update in the website as the css file was not being properly generated.
    – We fixed the permissions.
    – We clicked on “reset all options” accidentally.
    – Now if we save the options we have our original theme messed up.

I need to recover the original settings included in the SPA theme to start from there. Could someone send me the exported settings just after new theme import process? Do you suggest any other approach?

    Cheers.

    Hi pepevc!

Please take a backup of the existing file, and then delete, save again the options and then restore the backed file of the folder

Let us know if that will work for you

    Cheers!

    Hello,

This is what we did to maintain the current look and feel. But as soon as we make any change everything goes back to the reset. That’s why we think we will have to start again from the Spa Theme.

Could you send us the settings with the options import/export functionality? If we do a new import of the theme we loose our pages.

    Cheers.

    Hi,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello,

The problem we have is that as soon as we save the options in wordpress, the css is regenerated and we loose the original theme settings we customized. Right now the dynamic_avia autogenated css does not match the settings and as soon as we save the options the theme is reset. To recover I have to copy a css backup I made in the server using a terminal.

I will pass you the wordpress login info.

    Regards.

    Hi,

Inside the includes > admin > demo_files folder, there is a file called spa.xml. Import that file. Please create a backup of the site before doing this.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hello,

This will import everything including the pages!

I think I just need the file exported file from Enfold Admin Panel: Enfold -> Import/Export -> Upload Settings File. I think it is in base64 format, not in xml.

Could you please send me that file?

    Kind regards.

    Hi,

Please import this file in the Enfold > Import/Export panel.

    // https://www.dropbox.com/s/c3smwdlnph6ckv6/Enfold%2BChild-theme-settings-2016-11-1.txt?dl=0

    Best regards,

Thank you. I could recover. By the way, enfold should raise an error if it cannot generate a fresh dynamic_avia/enfold_child.css file.

    Hi,

Agreed, we’ll have a look at implementing that.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
