I am not sure if i understood you correctly but you can turn on debugging mode – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ to see shortcodes on default editor and below Advanced Layout Builder

Please contact your service provider and tell them that you get “Call to undefined function mb_strimwidth()” error. They should enable Multibyte String
