    I have 14 sites that use Envato. I have been frustrated in trying to 1) get notified of updated and 2) actually make the updates for a while now.

    I just installed the Envato plugin and created a new token and verified it. But I still get error messages in the Enfold Child theme updates panel. I don’t understand what you want from me and I’m getting frustrated that I can’t keep the theme up to date.

    Please help!

    Well, despite the error messages in the Child theme settings area, I was able to update the theme from the WP dashboard. So that’s good. But why do I still see big error messages?

    It says this on the theme updates page:

    Please verify the key.
    We checked the token on 2020/07/21 23:06 and we were able to connect to Envato and could access the following information:

    Your purchases
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    Following errors occured:

    username Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – code: not_authenticated
    email Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – code: not_authenticated

    The site is backed up. And I think it is updated to the latest version of the theme.

    It isn’t resolved! Please re-read my messages. Although I was able to upload the theme yes, I am getting error messages that i do not understand.
