    Hello,

    I currently use the Enfold Theme on my WordPress website. We bought the domain name and website years ago (2014) and do not have the purchase code. I need the purchase code to file a ticket on your support thread. Can somebody from you team help me with this?

    Your purchase code is available for you on your Themeforest account, do you have access to that?
