    I have spent now 3 hours trying to get the GYM demo downloaded to me site.
    I have tried all troubleshooting methods I have seen on these forums to no avail.
    I am using Godaddy as my web server but I have never encountered this issue with other themes.
    I NEED HELP ASAP!!

    Hey,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    PHP ZipArchive Extension seems to be disabled. Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable it? After enabling it, importing should work as expected :)

    OMG. This worked! I am sooo upset that this small edit made a week long upset.
    Here’s the fix for anyone that runs into that problem.

    PHP ZipArchive Extension Fix For Godaddy:
    Go to CPANEL inside of your Godaddy account.
    Under “Software” Section, click on “Select PHP version”
    Click on the box that says “Zip” (It should autosave”

    This should make that extension work perfectly and able to make the demo import section work!
