I need help. I just paid for another 6 months of help and I can't get help!

Somebody please, please help me. This is my 5th day trying to get my problems fixed.
My issue is that I had been having trouble with the editing boxes. They were all empty even though you could see the content on the front end. I would go to edit the edit block and it was blank, white screen. Kriesi said they couldn’t recreate the problem. So consider it fixed. However, that left another issue. Under the main part of the page, now I have these parser code boxes and parser shortcode. They weren’t there before and they are making quite a mess.

Could it be that I’m running 4.5 instead of 4.4 which, on Themeforest, shows as the latest version of enfold?

Also the top of the home page has this error:
