I purchased the enfold theme six months ago. I’m stumped as to how I would edit an html file as my understanding is that it needs to done through the file manager. I can’t find any instruction of how the option works on a Namecheap site.

YigitYigit, I’m already registered on the support forum and I’ve already posted my question there. My account name is Tj2. I’ve not received an answer from anyone. So far, paying for this support has not been beneficial at all. At this point, I’ve figured out that having a sitemap in html format instead of an xml format in Google is not a major catastrophe after all. I think that I may as well cancel my Kriesi support. Thank you.
