I have started getting a new phantom page in my menu selection on the top right of my page. The phantom page does not appear at the bottom of my page, nor in my WordPress pages. I have removed it from the menu, and after a day or so, it comes back. Ideas anyone?

    Screenshot of phantom page listed.

    Hey Cool_Bob,

We cannot see the screenshot, please upload it to a service like Dropbox and give us the link here.

    Best regards,

Hopefully these screenshots will work. Phantom page shows up in dropdown menu, but not in Pages listed at the bottom of my homepage, or in my list of pages in WordPress.

    Hi Cool_Bob,

    Thank you.

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi,
Thank you for the login, I believe that one of your plugins is trying to create a page automatically since you have two warnings from the Directorist plugin at the top of your admin pages I assume that it is this one. Please try following the warnings to correct them.
I have seen a similar menu item “#0” with a different plugin that was creating a default page for the plugin and it turned out that a “0” page is not an actual page but a redirect within the plugin.
So if after you correct the warnings and delete the menu item then deactivate all of your plugins and enable them again one at a time clearing your browser cache each time and looking for the menu item. Once it appears you should know which plugin created it.

    Best regards,
    Mike

THANKS! Good catch. You are onto something. I too now believe it is the Directorist plugin having issues. The page that it is telling me to create is there. I have deleted that page, and let it recreate it, but the error message continues and the phantom page comes back. I will contact Directorist.

Can mark this one as resolved.

    Hi,
Glad to hear this helped, we will leave this open until we hear back from you, because it may help other Directorist plugin users to find the solution.

    Best regards,
    Mike
