I have 2 pages that I want to show in the drop down menu of one of my parent pages that are not showing correctly. Although they are showing correctly on the back end, I can not figure out why they are not showing correctly when I go to my site.
August 4, 2016 at 9:19 am #668448Hi Selsi21,
What are the pages not showing and under what parent item? You might want to follow this as it might help with your problem: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enfold-menu-item-limit/
Best regards,
RikardAugust 4, 2016 at 11:01 am #668483The pages Book Time and Selsi University should be under the parent page Work With Me.
I am not sure how or where to add in that line of code. Can you help add that in?
August 4, 2016 at 11:06 am #668487Hi!
You should add the code into your .htaccess file which is located on the root of your WordPress installation. Please make sure that you are displaying hidden files.
Cheers!
YigitAugust 4, 2016 at 1:22 pm #668558Where do I find the root of my installation? How do I make sure I am showing hidden files?
August 4, 2016 at 1:27 pm #668561Hey!
You need to access to your server via FTP or cPanel.
If you do not mind posting FTP logins here privately we can apply the changes for youRegards,

Neither one of these worked for me. You can contact your hosting provider and request this information from them.

August 4, 2016 at 3:12 pm #668610Hey!
I have not made any changes on .htaccess file and wanted to give it a try but i was able to add your menu items to “Work With Se”.
If that is not the issue, can you please elaborate? I am not sure if we are on the same page at this point :/
Best regards,
YigitAugust 4, 2016 at 7:36 pm #668699Wow! Yes, that is exactly what I needed. Thanks for making it work!

January 3, 2017 at 11:27 am #728916Hi,
do you get similar results when using a default WP theme?
Best regards,
AndyJanuary 3, 2017 at 3:09 pm #729022Hi Andy,
When I was using my old WP Theme I never had problems adding and moving pages around. That’s why this is so strange to me. I have heard so many great things about your theme, but never anyone complain about this. Please help!

January 4, 2017 at 5:10 am #729259Can you tell me what time zone you all are in? I am in EST and I want to make sure that I can be up and possibly go back and forth through this message system until the problem is resolved. I hate having to wait an entire day just to get one additional comment.
January 4, 2017 at 1:16 pm #729379Hi,
we all live in different time zones.
Make sure to switch off any caching, before deactivating your caching plugin. Afterwards deactivate all plugins altogether. If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

If you’re working on a time sensitive project and need some help on it, then please hire a freelance developer for this: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization

January 4, 2017 at 2:49 pm #729429Wow! Is this something that you all can log in and help me with. This seems way over my head.
January 4, 2017 at 6:31 pm #729563Hi,
no we can’t, we can just help you to help yourself. If you want a job to be done by someone, then please hire a freelance developer. However, I still think this whole problem is caused by a caching issue. Activate Jetpack plugin again and switch off any caching, before deactivating again. Ask your host if they’re using any caching on your server.
Best regards,
Andy -
