    Hello,

    I have a problem with the correct display on category pages, where there is an error – the descriptions are displayed with all synonyms such as:

    “Private Content”

    I checked on other templates and there the problem does not occur.

    What can I do to fix it?

    I’m sorry but the pages are not loading on my end. Just to be clear, when you open these pages, it says “Private Content”? My guess is that a plugin is restricting the access to these pages. Please deactivate all plugins then test it again on another browser or computer.

    Hi!

    Before anything else, try deactivating all active plugins that you have running. Then check and see if the category page is still showing issues.

    Thank you for the update. What is the plugin that you’re using? Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as stated on our support policy due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not included on the theme package will need to be directed to the plugin author.

    You still have not told us the specific plugin that is causing the conflict (we could do some tests and maybe come up with a solution). Anyhow if you still want a refund you’d need to ask Envato about that – http://support.envato.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

    I’m really sorry but we can’t provide any further support for this plugin. You may need to investigate this particular issue on your own or hire someone to fix the compatibility issues of the plugin with the theme.
